Carport included in the price, duvet cover, towels are available, bread service if requested.

Daily rate plus local tax of €5 per person per day (children under 14 free), plus a one-time final cleaning fee of €45. From May to October, free admission to the Leutasch Alpine Bath (4 hours); sauna available for an additional charge. Cross-country ski trail maps are included in winter. Tickets for regional buses and trains are included in the tourist tax. Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 9:00 AM.
